About

The Ashwin Malik Meshram Foundation is the social-impact arm of Meshram Group. Its work focuses on practical initiatives in education access, skills development, and community well-being, with an emphasis on steady execution and clear reporting.

Areas of work

• Education access: learning support, scholarships administered with clear criteria, libraries and study resources in partnership with local institutions. 

• Skills development: short, job-relevant trainings and workshops designed with community partners and employers where possible. 

• Community well-being: health camps, awareness drives, and livelihood assistance run with local organisations and public bodies. 

How we work

The Foundation follows a simple approach: understand local needs, co-design small, useful programs, measure what changes, and continue only where the work proves helpful. Documentation is kept straightforward so partners and participants can see what was planned and what was delivered.

Programs & initiatives

• Study support & resource rooms: quiet spaces with basic materials and guided study hours. 

• Bridge-to-work sessions: compact trainings on communication, digital basics, and workplace readiness. 

• Community clinics & drives: time-bound health and awareness events with registered practitioners and civic groups. 

Partnerships

Most initiatives are delivered with schools, community organisations, and local administrations. Roles and responsibilities are written down before work begins; branding is kept minimal, with priority on service delivery. 

Reporting & transparency

Each program cycle notes its objective, budget use, participants, and outcomes (where measurable). Summaries are published periodically so supporters and communities can follow progress. Photos and names are shared only with consent and where appropriate.

Safeguarding & conduct

The Foundation maintains guidelines for the safety and dignity of participants, especially minors and vulnerable groups. Staff and volunteers are briefed on conduct, privacy, and escalation procedures; incidents are recorded and reviewed.

Accessibility & inclusion

Events and materials aim for clear language, legible formats, and practical access (timings, locations). Where needed and feasible, accommodations are arranged with partners.

Governance

Oversight sits with a small board aligned to Meshram Group’s values. Independent audits and reviews are commissioned as required by local regulations and good practice.
